January 1, 2019, Indefatigable Ridge

On New Year's Day, Fred, Nic and I drove into Kananaskis for a quick climb up Mount Indefatigable Ridge. Nic was flying back to university late afternoon and still had not packed so we had very limited time to actually hike given the length of the drive.

It was a spectacular blue sky, brilliant sunshine, chilly winter day. Of course I needed to grab some pictures. Nic was a wonderful patient model. 😊


It was a blissful way to bring in the New Year! Having Sam with us would have made it even that much more special but he opted for his warm bed and extra sleep this morning.
